GRADUATION CAP CARD HOLDER
It’s a graduation party, so chances are you’ll receive lots of congratulatory cards. Make sure you don’t accidentally lose any and recreate this DIY grad cap card holder.
You’ll need a medium-sized cardboard box and a larger square-shaped cardstock for the top. Simply remove the flaps and glue down the cardstock.
Make a little slit on top for the cards and complete with a tassel on the side.
SHOWCASE YOUR GOWN
If you are allowed to keep your graduation gown, why not showcase it?
Let everyone know you’ve reached a huge milestone and display your cap and gown along with other awards as well.

Every graduation party needs a grad party table.

In my opinion, there is no better gift than good advice which you can incorporate into your life. Have your friends and family share their key to success. You can later look back at these and reflect.
You can buy fake keys and paper tags from Amazon. Make sure to label the area using a small chalkboard stand.
WOODEN BOARD BACKDROP
This is such a cute and simple photo backdrop idea. You can buy a wooden board backdrop from Amazon or Etsy or, if you’re feeling crafty, make one yourself.
Hang up lots of balloons in different sizes and colors to make the backdrop look amazing. Don’t forget to write down the graduating year of the graduate in the middle.

I don’t know about you but I think the pictures would turn out amazing against this backdrop. Put up lots of balloons that are different sizes and colors.
You can also use balloons that are in your high school/college colors. Add stickers that say “Congrats grad” for the finishing touch.

Looking for some easy graduation table centerpiece? This is a super easy one that you can recreate in less than 10 minutes.
Get a wood slice and place a cute picture of the grad, a motivational quote, and some faux greenery to brighten things.

If you love to DIY, you need to give this a try. Buy a bunch of mini Reese’s Cups. Get red (or your school color) construction paper and make tiny squares out of them.

Donuts are a universally loved treat so why not include them in your graduation party?
Hang up lots of donuts on the wall where guests can just take one.
Make sure to include a wide variety of flavors and also napkins. No one wants to walk around with sticky fingers the whole party, haha!
FRIENDS THEME
I swear I’ve watched Friends six times already this year, lol! it’s my comfort show and no matter how many times I rewatch it, I never get bored. If you are also a huge Friends fan, make your grad party Friends theme.
Get a large chalkboard and write down “Season 20, episode 19, The one where they graduate”. You can change up the season and episode to your graduation year. It’s so cute and simple.
You’ll want to place a comfy couch in front of it and a nice rug to recreate the cozy vibes of Central Perk.
LEMONADE BAR
Since most graduation parties are held in May or June when the weather starts to heat up, you’ll want to create a refreshment station for the guests to cool off.
In my opinion, nothing tastes better than cold lemonade on a hot summer day. Include lots of syrups, toppings like fresh fruits, and don’t forget to include lots of ice as well.
CHARCUTERIE CUPS
Charcuterie boards are a hit at every party so it only makes sense to create one for yours. But instead of making just one charcuterie board, make smaller, individual charcuterie cups instead.
I like this idea much more than the board because everybody gets their own cup, it’s sanitary, and you can walk around with them.
Include different types of cheeses, crackers, pretzels, cured meats, and some delicious fruits. Don’t forget to add a couple of toothpicks as well.
DESSERT STATION
Creating a dessert station is a must for your graduation party. Mostly everyone likes sweets. If not cupcakes or cakes, then sweet candies.
Make a gorgeous dessert station with cupcakes, cake pops, and lots of other sweet treats. Don’t forget to add pretty decor with balloons and light-up numbers.
CHIPS STAND
Who doesn’t love chips? It’s honestly one of the best snacks out there. Make a little chips stand and include a variety of different kinds of chips.
A few of my favorites are Cheetos, Doritos, regular Lays, and of course sour cream and onions. You can just buy a chip stand or rack from Amazon for a really low price.
Most already come with clips so all you need to do is hang them up. If they don’t come with clips, just use clothespins.
CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZELS
Chocolate-covered pretzels are delicious on their own but, using colored chocolate for the pretzels will make them stand out even more.
You can use your high school colors or your college colors. Play around with dyes and designs a little bit until you get the result you want.
SIMPLE GRADUATION CENTERPIECE
Graduation centerpieces are the focal point of the table so it’s essential that it looks amazing.
Grab a wooden slice, a vase full of flowers, and the graduate’s pictures to place on top.
For the final touch, cut out the graduation year with sparkly paper.
