Imagine you’re in the process of constructing a new home and you discover a house plan that captures your interest, but you wish to see how certain changes could look.
Instead of painstakingly drafting the floor plan again, which can take a lot of time, you can utilize our software that seamlessly changes 2D floor plan images into editable 3D layouts.
Below are the steps to effortlessly convert your 2D floor plan into a 3D version.

Step 1: Sign up for the software
Create a free account for the floor plan creation software.
Step 2: Access the AI portal
Click on your profile image located at the top right to reveal the menu. From the drop-down, select “Profile”.
Next, select the “AI” option at the top:
Step 3: Upload your 2D floor plan image (.jpg or .png only)
Scroll down until you reach the upload section for your 2D floor plan image:

After the upload is complete, you will see the following message:
Step 4: Check your email
IMPORTANT: The conversion process may take up to 30 minutes. Don’t expect to receive the email immediately. In this case, we waited around 30 minutes for the email to arrive.
The subject line of the email will be “Your Plan Recognition Complete”.
Open the email to find a link to your newly converted 2D floor plan in the software account you created.
Clicking the link will take you to the 2D version in the platform. The benefit of this is that you can now fully modify this floor plan.

NOTE: At this point, make sure to save this as a new project to avoid losing your work.
At the top of the screen, you can switch between viewing it in “2D” or “3D”. Selecting “3D” will display:
Once again, it is crucial to recognize that after this floor plan is available in your account, you have full editing capabilities.
Step 5: Export your finalized design
When you’re satisfied with the changes you’ve made, you can export your design.
That’s all there is to transforming a 2D floor plan image into an adjustable 3D floor plan.
