Zip codes featuring the priciest homes in Connecticut
In April 2020, the Census Bureau initiated a Household Pulse Survey, offering weekly insights into how individuals and households have been impacted during the pandemic. The findings reveal persistent challenges in securing employment, affording groceries, and meeting rental obligations. Additionally, the pandemic has led to a “seesaw effect” on rental prices, with costs in the priciest U.S. metropolitan areas diminishing while prices have surged in historically less costly regions.
Stacker curated a compilation of zip codes housing the most expensive residences in Connecticut based on data from Zillow. The rankings are determined by the Zillow Home Values Index for all properties as of February 2021. Listings and visuals are sourced from realtor.com.
