It is an easy, sweet treat for St. Patrick’s Day, playdates, and birthdays. I love making this with my kids because it’s easy, colorful, and everyone gets to help sprinkle the cereal and glitter on top.

Serve them with Spinach Dip Pinwheels and Tzatziki Dip for St. Patrick’s Day gatherings!

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Start by adding the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Heat it in the microwave at 50 percent power (or defrost mode) for 2 minutes. Give it a good stir, then heat it for another minute on the same setting. Stir again and continue heating in 30-second intervals until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

2. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the sheet and smooth it out with a spatula or the back of a spoon. You want an even layer so every bite gets that creamy chocolate goodness.

Important Recipe Notes

  • Melt the chocolate by using 50% power in the microwave and stir often to avoid burning or a grainy texture.
  • Make sure your baking sheet is lined with parchment paper for easy removal and even bark.
  • Lightly pressing the Lucky Charms helps them stick without breaking the pieces.
  • Add sprinkles before the chocolate sets: Work quickly so the glitter sticks while the chocolate is still soft.
  • Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days to maintain crunchiness.
  • You can change the green glitter for other colors to match different holidays or celebrations.
